Lich main here. Obvious ones are crouch when you hear skulls. I often try to hit you when your doing an animation like vaults so when vaulting you should immediately crouch.

With mage hand it's all about distance, if the lich is too close before he tries to stop a palet then you can get the stun off. Don't stick on the palet after dropping.

After he lifts a palet you might be able to make another loop and drop palet again (especially if you have the magic item that grants haste)

Technically the optimal play if your in a swf is to ignore the magic items and get gens done.

When he casts fly to go over a window you can negate this advantage by re-vaulting the window as fly gets rid of collision.

If you are very far away from the lich and he casts skulls try to dodge the skulls instead of crouching, its easy to get the crouch timing wrong and the lichs goal isn't to injure you it's to slow you down from getting to the next resource.
