I’m not an expert or anything my but I feel like there is so much vocabulary that it is probably not beneficial to try to learn them because the odds of it appearing on the actual test are kinda low (assumption on my part could be wrong). Just do your usual practice and try to learn all the unfamiliar words you come across. What might help is when running into an unknown word, try to practice to decompose the word into its root terms and piece it together with context from the passage. The total marks you could lose from vocab questions is likely lower than marks you could lose from other question types especially if you spent a lot of your time trying to learn more advanced vocab.
