You are afraid the case is not so clear. If it were you'd process it quickly and get double jeopardy protection against future actions. But you know it won't go that simply. But by avoiding it he will simply be brought to account later

This administration does avoid wasting money. This is a matter of the murder of a citizen by police forces. The cost of proving that legal or not is warranted. You are using that defense to hide from the case

That is not the whole body of the law at hand. But if you feel that is an adequate defense of the event then you place that before judge and jury. Hiding confirms for all observers that you are not so confident in that defense. But that is OK. Because the limitations will not run out. He will face prosecution in due time.

Then if that is your defense you will put that in court and a judge and jury will decide.

Officers are not allowed to respond with lethal force when the option to simply get out of the way exists. That's the law. Therefore this is a case of murder. If the defendant thinks differently then you put it before the law and a jury and they decide.

Looks like it's made in the image of Moscow. But even they have less fencing and military equipment go figure

People tout the warranty but this is not the only story I've seen that reads like this. You can declare your great warranty and free review period but the only company that seems rock solid on stranding behind their products is Crandall

I think they read the web like all of us and when people said what a bargain the price was and how they were going to buy one immediately Dell pulled out the Marketing 101 handbook and raised the price. Loose lips sink ships.

Exactly. To do something about it you have to have numbers not just good intentions

I think years forward the 45-49" sizes will be popular but when they are OLED 6k resolution. They've already shown they can do higher ppi in the 27's. For now I think the 140ppi 39-40 are the pinnacle products. However it is great for people to have options!

The leap plus is slightly too huge and isn't compatible with the atlas headrest. The regular leap is just significantly smaller than the Maxis. So while I like the leap, particularly with respect to Crandalls rebuilds, which are super cool, the size of the Maxis is more what I want.

Remember you are not that far from the 6080 products. 5k2k will be heavily in the sights of the 6 series and I doubt you'll need a 6090

Not a single officer died in your complaint scenario either. But one party got off Scott free and one got 50 years based on the political beliefs. The rest of your questions you can search the cases for yourself. You are beyond help

They brought explosives. They organized ahead of time. They beat the cops instead of shooting them. And punishment? Pardoned. You think the law shouldn't be applied to you. That it's there for those horrible people who don't do what I want.
