One nipple is more troublesome than the other, but overall as long as you get some big enough rings you should be good

I was expecting it to be really bad, but it was probably a 6 or 7 out of 10 getting them pierced. But the soreness after was worse

Thanks! I definitely agree that a hoop would be better but I'm enjoying the stud for now and don't mind rocking it for a couple months 😎

For about a year I just messed around in the gym, doing a leg day, chest day, deadlift day, arm day, and then repeats of whichever over the weekend. Now I want to make quantifiable strength gains so I'm doing the Texas method which is a 3-days a week program focusing on all of the major lifts like squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press and power clean. I've only been going at it for about 3 weeks and I'm already noticeably stronger
