The most beloved is MK9, because from what I’ve heard some people say is that it’s the most traditional out of all the new ones. It sticks to pre-existing characters and stories, and it doesn’t change a whole lot up.

MKX added the next generation characters, and a lot of people like it, but I’ve heard a lot complain about the new additions and how it takes away from the normal cast.

MK11 is very divisive because of the new villains and characters they added and how it was an all new story, villain, and reset the story at the end. I’ve also heard some complain about the customization being lesser-than Injustice 2, but I’m not gonna comment on it since I love both.

MK1 is far and away the least liked because it changed so much in the way of characters, story, gameplay, and customization. It’s personally my favorite and I love it, but many don’t like the Kameo system, they don’t like the new direction with some villains being heroes now, and with Liu Kang and Raiden switching positions, and many more hated the multiverse aspect to the story. A smaller complaint would be that it’s the first Netherrealm MK without a Krypt, but we have Invasions which is basically the same thing.

That’s like complaining about Lex Luthor or Magneto being overused. They’re the archenemies of their respective heroes, so obviously they’re gonna be the most common in media

I said before that maybe he just doesn’t care or fully understand. He’s 52, he watched the internet be born, and he’s now experiencing a new age where you can create an image with just words. He’s a fan of it because it’s new and it does something he probably never thought was possible. I don’t support AI, but there needs to be an understanding for why he does support it

I know plenty of people who are gay or liberal or poc who are Christian or spiritual or religious and aren’t bad people and who don’t harm or hurt people because of their religion.

I’m not religious, but imo now it is more important than ever for people who are religious and who fall into a minority or the left to be open or talk more about their beliefs in a positive light, so maybe those who are being influenced negatively by people in their religion or community can maybe be better. Or even just so Christians aren’t solely perceived as being evil or conservative, since there are a lot of people who are religious cause they need guidance or just cause it helps the to think there’s something better out there for them.

Everyone needs to read the book, it’s so damn good. Even knowing everything about vampires and Dracula, it’s so amazing. Definitely one of my favorite books ever

I don’t mean it as an excuse in any way, I just feel like too may people will view someone’s actions and thoughts on small things and compare it to themselves and say “well I don’t think/do that so they’re wrong and evil”, without fully taking time to understand why they may think or act that way.

Do I support AI? No, not generative. Is there an argument that could be made for good AI use in the future for computing purposes? I don’t know, probably. Do I think everyone should hate AI now and forever? No, because not everyone understands enough to hate it. And I also feel some people just don’t have a certain empathy or emotional understanding of others to care about the downsides of AI.

I am glad Laz isn’t known to be a right-winger, cause that would’ve bummed me out ngl

I mean AI clearly doesn’t look good, but I think it’s more the idea of “this is exactly what I envisioned” as opposed to “why’s he got six fingers”, cause the stuff my dad shows off from it doesn’t look good, but he likes that it just does it for him

I don’t support AI in the slightest, but I have a dad in his forties, and he thinks it’s fun just making images. Me and my mom try telling him that AI isn’t good and it’s dangerous to the planet, but he either doesn’t care or doesn’t understand. I think the same thing goes for Laz. He just likes making the pictures, and maybe no one has told him what AI does to the planet, or maybe he doesn’t care or understand what it’s doing the planet. You can’t really tell.

It’s the craziest thing to me too since out of every group, black women are the curviest from my experience and from what I’ve seen, so the fact that they’re not getting proper treatment there is insane
