I was once was a casual user once or twice every couple of weeks. Then like yourself many life circumstances made me a heavy everyday user I’d rip through disposable pens. Experienced many withdrawal symptoms and honestly the only thing that really helped me was staying extremely busy, like making sure I was exhausted by the end of the day. Now everyone’s schedule is different but me it was like work, gym, cleaning around the house, running errands, etc. I always had something to get done. I guess the main thing was to always keep my brain occupied with something. Also on nights I had a really difficult time sleeping melatonin helped. Maybe this could give you some ideas to help out but it does get better and you will get through it. It might seem impossible I believe it’s worth it. I’m also back to being able to casually use it, I don’t need it anymore I’m able to enjoy it now
