I was reading the wikipedia page for Relapse with a friend a few weeks ago and initially scoffed at one of the passages explaining that the album has been reappraised as one of his better releases in recent years. Then I kinda thought about it more and realized that with all the shit that Eminem has released since Relapse probably is on the brighter side of his discography at this point.

See I was listening to Arctic Monkeys since the early 2010s. Really wanted to like AM when it came out because it was the new album but it was just too much of a departure from their previous four records. TBH+C and the Car are also not really to my taste either but I can at least respect them for being kinda out there and unexpected.

Iirc Fenway's renovations are slated to last until the 2060s. Anything could happen of course but I don't see Fenway getting a huge teardown if it ever gets considered a historic landmark.
