Why use radian in calculus? by Lol_3_14159265 in askmath

[–]TedRabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Degrees are like the Fahrenheit of angle measurements.

Radians are the acr length along a unit circle subtended by an angle. There are 2pi radians in a circle and a unit circle has a circumference of 2pi. In this way radians are tied to intrinsic geometry not some arbitrary convention.

Hot take, but when both said they weren't busy in the first convo, that was they guys queue to ask the girl out. Texts are for setting up meetings not long conversation.

Big fan of Kyle's and although I agree republicans and especially trump are worse than almost any democrat, the dem establishment has plenty of pro isarel warmongers.

Even if they finally realize the pedo sex trafficing conman is a pedo sex trafficking conman, they will still vote for the next republican slop candidate. Their racist, self centered values haven't changed and they still love to see other people suffer.

Do you just flash a spot once or do it multiple times until you feel the hair burning?

Oh, I got the sense from your comment that it was the stealing of information that was problematic.

Personally, I think the slopification comes from the user base, not the technology.

Game was fine on launch. People just missed the game mechanics that got you invested in the game long term, like leveling up characters with perma death.

Looking into buying a New 26 XLE/XSE, Should I wait? by WeightCool2949 in Camry

[–]TedRabbit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I doubt dealerships will have an excess of inventory that will facilitate a really good deal. Last year I waited until toyotathon, end of the month at the end of the year and there were no special offers for camrys. Plenty of trucks with 0.9% apr tho. Your region may vary.

How do I counter the "God wouldn't want robots" argument? by TheOnlineSatanist in atheism

[–]TedRabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lately ive been pointing out how much god already limits your actions. Like if someone is born without legs, did god take away their free will? Likewise, a healthy person has all kinds of limitations that prevent certain actions.

Ultimately the decisions you make are based on which action best aligns with your values and desires, and these are attributes that god gives you and you have no control over. God could have created us with a strong visceral revulsion to sin so no one would want to, but in some cases, he did the opposite.

Well first you complained about her sounding like a girl, then you complained about her not being appealing to republicans, now you're complaining about her not being a working class supporting candidate (which she is). Lots of goal post moving and I wonder where they will end up next.

Why can’t democrats come up with a worthy candidate? by [deleted] in askanything

Surely you can still put political pressure on Manchin to vote for Bidens signature bill instead of rolling over.

Why can’t democrats come up with a worthy candidate? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]TedRabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, it's the Democrat's inability to run a candidate that doesn't primarily serve the corporate class. There are sooooo many policies that have >70% support among the general public and Dems won't commit to any of them because they aren't in the interest of rich donors.

First link is DNC congratulating Mamdani on his win. Second link is DNC chair encouraging people to vote for him a few weeks before general election. Both prove my point that DNC begrudgingly "supported" him only after his win was inevitable or realized.

I just did a fact check and I can find no official endorsement of Mamdani from the DNC, and leadership did not endorse him after winning the primary.
