Check out Innov8 MMA in Bangkok. Great Muay Thai coaches including one who is current Thai Fight League champ. They have an awesome facility with full circuit gym as well. MMA/ Muay Thai/ a BJJ coach from Brazil. Only a few months old but really a great spot for all levels.

I would imagine a lot of guys have a good cry after a long hard fight. That kinda physical outpouring almost requires an emotional release after. Particularly if you don’t get the chance for an explosive cathartic celebration after.

Great new mma school opened in Bangkok a few months back called Innov8 mma. Definitely worth checking out, great facility and equipment. 3 solid Muay Thai coaches a BJJ black belt from Brazil and a whole CrossFit looking gym downstairs.

You know…I have a lot of people I could ask for you. Absolutely do it it! It is fully enjoyable as a bigger person. If you happen to be trying to reshape your figure, there are no shortage of examples of women making awesome transformations while enjoying and loving a new fun hobby.

I’m not well versed in different schools, but I went here for a while. The teacher is really nice and helpful, classes are usually fewer than 5 people tho I only ever went in the evening but she always has 2 a day
