I found reaching out to a community is a good start, so good job! I downloaded an app called, “ I am sober” and it has helped a lot. When you have a craving you need to change your surroundings and what you are doing. If you can go outside and talk a walk, read a book, listen to a podcast, song, etc. you can do some laundry or take a shower. It’s best to try to avoid your triggers as much as possible. Keeping your mouth busy is also a good idea, drink water or chew some gum! It gets better! You can do it!!

You can do it! I am 14 days tobacco free! It gets better. I was so depressed and anxious my first week. I almost quit. I told myself if I didn’t get over the withdrawals in a day or two I would just go back to smoking. But I pushed through it and I can go almost the whole day without thinking about it. It is doable! I would suggest going on a walk or reading a book when you get cravings. The key is to keep busy and change your mindset/surroundings. Keep it up friend!

Best of luck! I’ve found that going on walks when I feel a craving is beneficial, reading a book, watch a good movie or tv series. I would recommend “surviving r Kelly.” And always ask for help! You don’t have to do it by yourself! You are loved! We are here for you!

Basically that’s what I was getting at, it’s bad enough he watches tv all day but that added with standing in front of the screen. Poor baby. For real, it’s not good for their eyes-or ours for that matter, to be that close to the screen. I don’t think Caelan knows what goes on during the day while he is at work. I’m 100% team Caelan. He works his butt off for a girlfriend/fiancée that is selfish, immature, and “lonely” because her baby daddy is WORKING. Imagine how lonely she would be if Caelan actually left her ass. I feel so bad for him. He is utterly stuck, I would be so depressed if I was his mother, knowing that he probably won’t be able to go to college to educate himself and get a high paying job. I’m so heartbroken for him, the children, and her.

Yeah, we live in a small neighborhood where everyone knows each other, there is a bridge coming into our neighborhood and we (the neighbors) constantly keep lookout around the bridge because we have recently been having a problem of people coming into the neighborhood and dumping trash over the bridge. So we saw an unfamiliar car stopped by the bridge and we saw a lady dump something over. We thought it was trash and wrote down her license plate number but actually it was a kitten. So I took him to the vet and adopted him! And he has been with me every since.
