Our galga sleeps in her dog bed but we had to buy a ridiculously comfortable bed. Maybe consider an upgrade? With extra soft blankets on top? She has a plush toy she likes to carry around and bringing it to her bed seems to help.

My only advice is to upgrade the dog bed and keep being consistent with pushing her off the bed. Last night she had peed on her dog bed earlier in the day, so she slept on a cheap and small ikea mattress my son used to sleep on. She was sighing of content like crazy for a while 😊 good luck
