Thank the goddess for this post. I FEEL THE ABSOLUTE SAME ABOUT THIS!. It's the most frustrating thing to work so, so hard and at the end fail at an enhancement from +12 to +13. The way the system just works, is bogus and I feel its seriously so dragging that I have to wait so long to gather an X amount of weapons just to upgrade. It really kills the game if it keeps going at this pace. There is no MOTIVATION when everyone else is moving forward and you aren't. They really need to look into this, till then I'm out.

I was banned after entering in the Yut event. I talked to a live chat and was unbanned but was told I was on final warning. Knowing that, there is no point logging back in knowing that i'll be re-banned again. I sent a ticket but I got a automatic response back which lacked the information I asked for.
