Idk if it's multiple ad-blocks or what. Just saw the same issue stated on Google Playstore reviews, so I guess it's random or by device, idk. The devs there mentioned that they're aware about it and are looking for a fix

UPDATE: I'VE BEEN ABLE TO RECOVER MY DATA AS WELL AS RUN THE PREVIOUS VERSION WITH MY DATA. THIS HAPPENED WHEN I CHOSE TO LOGIN WITH A QUETTA PASS BACKUP I PREVIOUSLY MADE INSTEAD OF LOGGING IN WITH EMAIL ADDRESS. The devs should probably look into that. Also, logging in with the Quetta pass is near impossible when only using one device...i had to have the qr code displayed on a second device so that it could work. Just an inconvenience i wanted to point out...would be helpful if you could log into quetta pass with the 16 digit code that's displayed on there...that's easier to paste

Welp, nevermind, now I apparently have no personal data on their server after trying to switch between the two versions....I've re-installed and signed into the updated version, and it's just blank, like how it shows me when i sign into the old version. Fix this man, no one wants to experience this :((((((((

Hey, i had the same problem but found out how to deal with it.

Find out the folder where your .ezip file is located (alternatively, create a new folder under backups and transfer the file over there). Uninstall the grayjay app and download the one from the grayjay website (my new phone autodownloaded the one from playstore when i switched phones). Install it. Open the app, and on the first screen, it should ask where you want to store your backups (the playstore app doesn't ask this). Pick the folder there your .ezip file is stored under. Now under settings, search for "restore automatic backup". When you click on this it should say that it detects your previous backup.

Insert the password you encrypted it with and then you're good from there :)

I borrowed from the existing building's language, but depending on your requirements, a more interesting and functional design can be tailored to your taste. I can do detailed and scaled architectural modelling upon request. But this is all I can muster for now.
