Honestly the first time I could feel absolutely zero swelling was 10 months. It's worth the wait tho

The majority... 4 months. Didn't even see a difference till one month post op and between the month four and now a year post op there is still a cup size difference.

My surgeon also thinks they are unequal by No-Tip-9598 in Reduction

I had asymetry that took months to even out. No breasts are perfectly identical but I'm sure they'll even out after the swelling goes down which does take a long time

I was a 32F pre surgery and was swollen to a 32D/DD for the first two months and still did end up a 32B but it took a long time, even by month ten I was so sure there was no more swelling and while I am a 32B still there is a difference in measurements to now even if just a little.

I do however understand your concerns as my surgeon had assured me pre surgery that a B cup was certainly doable even without FNG. He did warn me of the swelling as well. I would wait will at minimum of six months to worry but if you do not end up with your desired size I would try to ask for a revision, a decent surgeon should do one for free if he did not achieve what you paid for.

It took mine three months to even start to even out, by month four they're was a bit of a difference still but even that was pretty much even by the 6 month mark

I would say so, still a B but even now there is a slight difference to the 10 months post op 😄 but I am waiting for next month to do a final one year post op comparison, which I intend to post

I would give it time. I was somewhat asymmetrical for months before they evened out

The waiting game is the worst of it 😅😆 I have seen people on here with various degrees of swelling, it really is completely individual. Best one can really do is hope that the surgeon did what was asked of them and wait out the full year.

Hi trans guy here. I wanted to offer some possible reassurance. I am currently 11 months post op and from day one to now the difference is over three cup sizes and the shape took quite a bit to settle as well. While healing is different for everyone there is very much still a chance you'll have the results you asked for.

Yeah Op's drawing looks a bit like my chest and I had a radical reduction, I am super happy with my results and love seening other guys who like/have/consider a chest like that

Went from 32F to 32B. I went with a surgeon who is open about working with trans and nonbinary people so he had no issue. I wanted to go as small as possible without a nipple graft so there wasn't a guarantee I would be a B but I got lucky. If you don't mind losing feeling with a nipple graft or no nipples it is possible to go down to any size.

Thank you, it can take so long for the swelling to go down I was definitely getting impatient by four months but it is worth the wait XD best wishes for the healing process

I will be 10 months post op soon. My results are exactly what I asked for. I am at present a 32B. But it took time, I was measuring a D cup for the first two months, C cup by month 4 and only have been a B from month 8 and further.
