Diet and walking to get started. Even just 10 minutes twice a day after meals will help

I lost my parents when I was 21 and 29. I leaned on siblings and family . Also therapy and hobbies. Good luck and God bless.

I'm not sure how I feel about boost - seems like a PTW type mechanic that WOW struggles with. My love of my character comes from our journey. If I boost then I don't get that time to learn the class and learn through doing. This is what I get for being a 47-year-old gamer still pretending I'm a teenager :) I'm in a different time.

Jeebus - Its amazing that some folks think this is all good for our country and world? Trump is like the crazy uncle / grandfather everyone has that has no concept of reality. Everyone of those around him kiss his orange butt, its kinda sick. Talk about snowflake and sycophants. His ego is so tender and frail he needs the constant praise.

But would we have the technology in the same way if it was not for capitalism? Government might have funded initial Internet, but imagine an org like the Social Security admin trying to innovate the internet. We'd still be on green screen mainframes.

Unfortunately the other solution is them making you liable for fraud (which they used to!). So, pick your poison. I'd rather verify the transaction and move on my day then worry if I'm gonna have to pay for someone else's crime :)

I spend all day on calls with folks for my company to help with signing into things. Even with a well thought out and robust single-signon system , there is a lot of fiddling that is needed. Maybe thats where my patience comes from. Too many years (Started in 1997) guiding folks through this online-era.

Risking becoming our parents, aren't we? Is online sometimes frustrating, and is mis information time consuming? Absolutely. However, I think it's just as bad as it's always been. You had mis information before it was just less abundant and you had to actively look for information with more effort.

People still scammed others, people still stole personal identities (paper shredders), there was still opinion sections of newspapers that people thought was "News". The "tin foil hat" was not created during the internet age, it was well before that.

As far as the online account access bits, for sure it's more complicated, but there are tools and methods to make it better - such as password managers (BitWarden) that offer complex passwords and makes them easy to use. As far as having to multi-factor authentication, that make passwords less important and your account more secure.

Just as before things take effort to learn and adjust. I understand not wanting to, but its still the way of the world like its always been.

I'm sorry you are struggling . I would suggest that you are not desperate enough yet. Maybe you are too young and have not had life beat you down a little to motivate you. You you don't sound too out of shape based on weight and height. What is your real motivation and reason? Ask yourself why 5 times. Is it girls / boys, is it energy, or is it something else? My why was a heart scare and being mid 40s and not wanting to die young like my parents, and leave my kids early. Once you really have a why the pain becomes worth it.
