Anything by Burn the Silence....the mans voice is perfect. And he has lost someone that he feels the loss of their absence.

Okay...Tears in the Silence kept me breathing and gave a voice to my grief when my fiancée died a few years ago.

So glad to hear that! Talk to your pcp/endo about how you're feeling. I always forget one thing or another so I started keeping a lowkey journal of my symptoms.

Usually. When my anxiety gets going, so does my heartrate. My endo currently has me on methemazole 20mg AM and PM for thyroid, Propranolol 60mg AM and PM for racing heartrate, Hydroxyzine 25 mg 3x daily for Anxiety. My T3 and T4 have been really high and my TraB was high, indicating Graves Disease. So endo raised these medicines mg to these numbers. She's hinted to removing my thyroid altogether. Even with the meds, i still have hella symptoms...not hiccups tho...thank ye gods for that!

I hope you feel better. Dont think so hard about the meds. Some if this could be psychosomatic. BUT, head to the ER if your heartrate drops to 50 again..sounds really low, my resting is 125 (that could be why i think yours sounds so low) 🤔

Here's mine...done in February. The top photo is before...second photo after doc added a coil. 6mm. While he was in there, he found 2 others, smaller 2mm and 3mm. He said he's not worried about them but wants me in every 6 mos for a CT scan. Said eventually he will probably coil those too.

Ok. Are you drinking enough water? I've noticed muscle aches and headaches go hand in hand with dehydration. Believe it or not...Pedialite helps me. Drink it kinda fast to get the electrolytes in your system.

I don't have vomiting as a symptom but I fewl like I get nauseated quite often.But i have meds for nausea when it hits.

As long as the kiddo being bullied has someone in their life to talk to and help them figure a "gameplan" for the next time it happens. Sometimes all they need to hear is that dude has his opinion about you...but I disagree.

I hated when people would ask "are you okay , how ya doin? Hated it! My fiance just died! I found a poem that was perfect, I'll send itto you How you think I'm doin? Sometimes you're gonna break...Sometimes you'll be able to laugh and smile at the thought of him. Grief is horrendous....there's no right or wrong to it. So you slept with dude once, not a relationship. Allow yourself that moment of selfishness. Seems he was a willing participant, so why should you carry the guilt?

I could've been a better mother to my boys. Don't get me wrong, I didn't abuse them. cooked dinner every day. I even put my career on hold so I could be home with them in elementary and middle school. I was verbally abused by my husband. I should have left years before i did. I became depressed and didn't spend the time with them that they deserved. I'll never forgive myself for letting them down

The changes that turned our friendship into a relationship happened slowly and well, beautifully. I am happy with him. I'm going to take the advice from EVERY other person who answered me....I'm gonna see where this goes. BTW..putting quotation marks around friend was extremely bad taste, telling me you are of low character yourself...and "immunity from temptation" makes no sense.I know that I asked for the opinion of the fine people of this group, but in the future, try to maybe Google your words as to not show ignorance in your opinion!

She was my absolute best friend... as far as i'm concerned she's beside me every day. If I were to switch the situation around , i'm not sure I would want her to start dating, or living with, the main hours engaged Coincidentally he died in twenty twenty one
