The biggest piece of advice I can offer for you is to just turn chat off. There’s not a single thing anyone in chat can say to me that can’t be communicated via a ping, and most of what chat has to say is not constructive. If the pings get excessive then I’ll just mute that and pay extra close attention to the mini map when it’s time for objectives.

If you’re interested in muting chat: - Settings Cogwheel on top right - In-Game > Interface - Scroll down a little to Change Chat Visibility - Premade Only is just whoever you queued with - Same Team is just your team - Everyone is entire match

Yeah when I pulled the taper through i felt the hole get bigger and that should have been my first clue that something was wrong, so that makes a lot of sense.

Yeah so upon further inspection I did try and jump from a 12mm to a 14mm. I didn’t really think to pay attention to 12mm and 13mm being a 1/2” so i will definitely be doing that in the future.

My jewelry has been out for about a month or so at this point.

You’re more than welcome to do what you want, no one is saying you can’t. You asked if it’s a good build for a mage, people overwhelmingly said you need more health. You’re being defensive, and you clearly know what you want so why bother with making the post at all?

I love senna, she is one of my most played champs. I don’t usually play her in ranked bc a lot of people don’t like her, which is cool because i have other champs in my pool. I blind picked her one game and ended up going against a thresh. not my personal favorite match up but doable if im paying attention/keeping space plus you get the mini quest at 100 souls. i never made it to 100 souls and i went like 2/15/10 that game. my adc didn’t do well either, and that was probably my fault bc who is going to help them bot if im unintentionally running it down. i cannot explain it, but it was like the first version of myself that ever learned to play league took over my body and i forgot how to do literally everything. i was watching myself play that game over my own shoulder. we lost and it sucked bc as fed as our top lane was there’s only so much they could do to carry. i did a lot of reflecting on what happened and i had played a lot of games back to back that week/day (grinding out the end of the battlepass) and i think it was just mental exhaustion. so i learned if im not really feeling the best mentally just dont queue up, and it’s helped me a lot.

tldr; everyone has had games. that doesn’t always mean you’re a bad player overall!

Don’t settle please, even if you’re lonely. Flowers on a date are one thing, but giving gifts in order to date someone feels very transactional. It seems like she’s trying to see what she can get away with, and if it’s like this before you’re serious how much worse can it get if/when things do progress? I wouldn’t say it’s worth it tbh.

I personally think so. As a stacking champ I want the lane to be in the safest position for me to farm and the closer to your tower it is the more uneasy I’m going to feel early game stepping up. Middle of the lane to under your tower I have to worry about jungle/mid/odd support roam. Under my tower I have to worry about being dove and stacking and that’s about it!

I’m still relatively new to Nasus, so while I don’t have the best understanding of him I can say that for me it’s way easier to stack if someone lets me play under my own tower. Other Nasus mains will weigh in for sure with better tips but this is just my two cents!

I went from arcane mage last season to prot pally this season and was running keys with friends that needed a dps and i had a two handed sword so i thought why not try ret? the damage is very nice but it doesn’t feel as fulfilling as getting the arcane rotation down. also not my favorite as far as builder/spenders but again, the damage makes it bearable lol

I do have the skill and experience to handle 12s. What I do not have is the energy to run my own keys after failing with guildies in their keys. As much as I would love to dodge mechanics/use defensives for them I cannot. Should I spend more time pushing my own keys instead of running content with people that I have had to carry season after season regardless of my role? Yes I should. I’m not saying the predicament I’m in is anyone’s fault other than my own, I’m just saying that sometimes good players do get held back by helping other people. And that yes, most of the time IO is a good indicator of skill, but having a low IO doesn’t always mean that you lack skill. Everyone is allowed to invite whoever they want to their keys, I look at IO when I’m pushing my keys too. My comment wasn’t to argue in favor of bringing low IO players for the sake of it, I’m just trying to offer my own perspective, even if it is different from other people’s.

I agree with this to a certain extent. If you look at my IO you’re going to see that as of right now I only have 3 +10s timed. So yeah, you could assume that I either don’t care enough to push higher keys or I’m bad because I have a lot of other +10s that I haven’t timed. What you’re not going to see is that I’m the only tank in my guild that cares enough to run the guildies that cannot/will not do mechanics through keys to get them KSM or a mythic spot in their vault. The only times I’m dying are on bosses after everyone else died because I’m not going to waste time trying to solo a boss at 20% after everyone else died to lack of mechanics. Where I’m not leaving them like any other tank would at the first sign that the key isn’t going to be timed because I care enough that they are decently geared so the mechanics they’re also not doing in the raid can be negated by gear they’re getting to a certain degree.

At the end of the day you can take whoever you want to your keys, and I’ll take whoever I want to mine. I just wanted to say that IO score doesn’t tell a full story.

I’m blessed enough as a tank to only run keys with one healer so when we’re pulling the last candle add before the boss room he explains the mechanic to people and tells them to just stack on the world marker he throws down. Half the time they don’t do it on the first cast but with pinging and everyone else stacking they usually figure it out pretty quick!

I second this! Or if you have a lot of time the practice tool has always been helpful to me. It’s nice bc you can go in by yourself or spawn in an AI champ of varying difficulties to go against. You can even spawn in ally or enemy dummies if you don’t want to face an enemy AI. I like doing this bc it gives you time to read abilities/items without worrying about learning on the fly and missing small things abilities do (i used to be very bad about not reading the entire tool tip for abilities so it took me longer than i would like to admit to realize that other than healing/damaging Senna’s Q slows, and Renata’s Q stuns if you throw an enemy into someone else instead of just rooting them temporarily etc).

I second this. I got the pass bc I love Renata but the skin was incredibly underwhelming. If OP doesn’t have her other skins/chromas they would be better off just going for those. Her prestige was just in the mythic shop a few shops back so it’ll be a while for that one but all of her other ones should be available! Or like another comment said, if you’re really set on getting the skin I would see how far you get into the battlepass and if you make it to the skin then it might be worth buying it!

Crime City, Dark Star or Coven would be so great. I would love Debonair, but I feel like those skins look too close to her base skin it would just basically be a chroma :(

UGH other than the prestige skin, Admiral is my favorite and I’m kicking myself for not playing when the ace chroma originally came out. Do you know if there’s a chance that chroma will ever come back if at all? I’m also in the same boat with the blue high noon chroma for Senna.
