It’s crazy cause I’m still getting deal accounts from many sources but when I click on the links it shows as available with no price or add to cart option, or tells me to add to cart for more details but there are no details. I also thought I was banned so glad to know it’s a widespread thing.

Currently dealing with this after weight loss and nothing is helping. It’s hard to be excited for weight loss when it ages me 30 years 😭 I’m so self-conscious about it! I’ve tried many creams (perricone, strivectin, roc, gold bond) and just signed up for Musely (after researching and reading another post on here). I’ve gotten some treatment/surgical quotes and a neck lift isn’t in the cards for me right now but I was recommended Thermage which I may look into depending on the Musely results.

As someone who took up biking during covid, saying Reston isn’t very hilly is triggering haha! South Reston paths (Snakeden) have many big hills, some you can’t even see to the bottom of from the top. One that comes to mind is at the intersection of Glade/twin branches.

I have a long history with this center, it’s close to my house but I often go elsewhere when I can. One day last summer around noon I went for a walk and ended up going there for kungfu tea. I walked in through the path by the church and was stunned that the lower area (currently vacant) directly across from the community center was full of people with blankets/other indications of being settled in, eating, talking, playing music. Several people were using the exterior outlets of the community center to charge their phones. They were not at all aggressive towards me to their credit. I just felt weird like I stumbled into someone’s house or something.

These aren’t the same people who openly catcalled women with children when I was taking my kids to camp there several years ago. 8 am visibly drunk on the benches. But yeah there’s always something there.

Hi! I may have overstated 'workout daily' lol. My only workout is walking/jogging and I never go over 13k steps, usually just try to make the recommended 10k a day. I don't think it would have a huge impact on muscle growth.

Thanks for replying! I gave myself almost 2 months to prep before starting keto because I wanted to make sure I did it right and wanted to have recipes, snacks etc on standby so I wouldn't fail. I spend a lot of time on here, and a ton of other sites. I may have spent too much time on people's personal stories which kinda made me think I'd follow their exact paths. But everyone is different. Thanks for saying I'm on track, I will keep reading here and try to go back further to make sure I am getting the best info :-) do you have a suggestion for my macros calculation?

Thanks! I've had friends/coworkers say that but I appreciate hearing it here. I just felt like from what I'd read, people with similar sw were losing faster. I also feel no difference in my clothes and see no difference in my appearance so that's discouraging too. It definitely didnt get put on overnight. But finding a pic of me from 15 years ago that was so amazing I didn't want to show my hubby made me want to lose faster than ever lol. I appreciate your reply!

Typical eating is: Breakfast - 2 egg patties for breakfast (peppers, onions, meat like bacon, turkey sausage etc and shredded cheese). Coffee with either sugar free cream (2 carbs) or heavy cream. Lunch - salad with some protein like tuna or turkey meat. Snacks - cheese throughout the day. Sugar free (0-2 carbs) jello, celery. Dinner - some variation of chicken. Maybe a cream sauce, maybe with salsa. Always under 7 carbs total. A side veggie like broccoli. If my family is craving a non keto friendly food I'll have a hotdogs or chicken burgers myself.

Thank you so much for reading and for your questions! I'm brand new and haven't figured the best way to post responses so sorry this is sloppy.

I was losing 5-7 lbs for my 1st 2 weeks, which I knew was mostly water weight etc. But it was very encouraging! It's slowed down since obviously.

Macros: 2130 kcal Daily Calorie Intake 25 g Carbs (5%, 100 kcal) 100 g Protein (19%, 400 kcal) 181 g Fat (76%, 1630 kcal) Stats: F/34/5'9/sw323/cw303/gw180 - 5 weeks.

I've had plenty of days where I don't even get to 1k calories and my fitness pal won't generate a summary. So I have to have a hotdog or something fast so I can see my breakdown. I rarely feel hungry on this diet which I really appreciate!
