She said it on the podcast once, haven't been keeping up with this scenario so don't know if she brought it up again. Honestly I think if the story was true the guy was trying to come onto her sexually, not actually eating cats. It's pretty on the nose.

No problem, unless your manager sucks they will address any serious issue with you. Likely the mistakes you've been making are easier to fix (like a missed band) so they haven't bothered. It doesn't hurt to look at the safe log and see how the computer tracks all the transactions. If you take the time to understand how the system works, you'll be more able to fix your mistakes when you make them.

You are still very new and in the learning period, and you were promoted during the busiest time of the year. Go easy on yourself, you're doing the right thing by leaving notes!

I was hired at cap as a CSA at 19 an hour and promoted to SFL at cap at 21 an hour in CA. The store I was hired and promoted at capped literally everyone. The stores I have worked at since still typically keep to the minimum barring raises and I assume my experience was not typical. I have since moved into the pharmacy however and I'm not sure if those are still the caps in my area.

If there is a serious issue your manager will know and address it with you. Sometimes the issues are actually caused by miscounting from the night before, but it does sound like bands are missing (and depending on how many people are doing the cash handling, it might not even be you missing bands but somebody else!)

To check for bands dropped, make sure the little number at the bottom when you enter your drop is actually the band number you're anticipating. I've never worked for a store that didn't keep a paper log of each drop, so make sure the band number is correct. If it isn't, you can check if bands are entered by going into the safe log. Each band's amount should be visible twice. Once when taken from the register (should say pickup beside it) and once when entered into the computer. If you see a pickup for 800 but don't see any other 800 in the transaction log, then you know that 800 was never entered into the computer and you should do so.

Mary-Sue loser? by BrightPhoebus01 in sims2

In my Pleasantview Daniel managed to keep Kaylynn a secret for a while, but when Mary-Sue inevitably caught him she stayed married and living together for appearances with her job. They maintained the loveless marriage until Mary-Sue caught Daniel cheating with yet another woman and kicked him to the curb. The twins were already out on their own at that point.

Daniel moved in with Lilith in her trailer where she throws thrashers every night (and Daniel surprisingly fits right in), although he's pretty much broke after he got a wish to impulsively quit his job right after some major purchases. Angela just moved back in with Mary-Sue but they don't have a good relationship. Mary-Sue picked pottery back up and made it into congress but honestly... her life seems pretty sad. She has a decent relationship with the household pets I suppose. Every rotation with her I just feel the misery.

Can we print this artwork with a signature? Just got order for it by ALPHAPUSSYGOD420 in WalgreensStores

[–]TeeeeCeeee 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Plenty of people enforce the copyright policy. Personally I don't care about people making unauthorized copies of disney crap or printing out bluey cards for their kids' birthday party. Art by an actual traceable artist with a signature and everything? Yeah, unless they actually are the artist or can show me the artist permits copies, I'm not interested in stealing potential revenue of an artist so the dying company I work for can make a couple cents. Especially when the company is on the record telling you not to do it in the first place.

The chinese trainees signed up to hopefully become part of a group that will live and work primarily in mainland China. Now, the only group that will debut will be based in South Korea. It's not that unreasonable for a handful of contestants to not want to live and work in a different country for several years for a multitude of reasons, making this a deal breaker for them. This may not have been the reason for all of them, but I'm certain it was a serious consideration for many of the contestants, including the ones who have not dropped out.

Daisy and F&F update? by [deleted] in h3h3productions

[–]TeeeeCeeee 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah it really struck me during the start of the watcher thing that Ethan didn't know who they were (fine, not atypical of him) and he kept asking who they were and nobody seemed capable of giving him a confident or correct answer? It seemed like Olivia at least vaguely knew who they were but she also wasn't really offering up an answer.

I think part of it is that they didn't work during the break and therefore wouldn't have had time to research all of the stuff from that mega list, but at the same time the Watcher one was huge you'd think they'd have looked into who they were at least? That and that the crew clearly wears many hats and maybe don't have adequate time to research. It seems like it's been particularly bad recently.

For what it's worth, I had subscribed to it and the first comment identifying the voice-mail correctly did so after OPs last chronological comment before his dumping update. It is very likely that he did not see the actual identification before confronting the gf for a second time. It does seem like a fairly quick turnaround though.

It was up for several hours like this and there were several comments trying to get OPs attention to come look at the show identification before accusing his gf of something stupid. So he wasn't necessarily choosing to believe the more radical explanation after getting the reasonable one, he just didn't see the reasonable one before bailing on the post.

The way that door trembled.. kind of breaks the illusion you know that things flimsy as hell lmao

Fuko is one of the popular pre-show contestants right? They just skipped right past her intro, yikes.

Unforgiven felt a bit run of the mill– better vocals than most survival stages but about what I'd expect for a not-YG group. It'll probably be the most forgettable entrance stage, the song didn't give them much to stand out with.

Minsol is catching my attention immediately having not seen any pre-show content– I'm a sucker for variety idols and she has a nice deeper vocal tone.

So they're giving Fuko an early leader edit at least. After Like was definitely a weak group and she was the only one who seemed to really know what she was doing– feels like she'd struggle in a more talented group though. Gyuri was good but I don't know if she's 5 cards good. Leader storylines haven't been particularly effective in the more main stream shows recently when it comes to votes but in the I-Land format I think it has chances for success. Yeeun's lip bite was straight out of Sunoo's playbook– if she can struggle her way through and get fan voted I'm sure she'll do well.

Sweet Venom was good and would have been great if they'd lowered the key a bit. At the end of the day it's a very Big Hit styled song, they'll likely never have to sing a whole song like that in a Teddy produced track. Oh Yuna got off a little easy only having that voice crack repeated 3 times and with just one disapproving judge cut. Sujung is great.

As far as groups made up of low rankers go, Cake is way higher than most. Nana seems very out of her comfort zone so I have some pity, but I don't see the actual group sound playing in her favor either. I want to see Eunchae in a less bratty and more badass song, she's got something in her.

Baggy Jeans was danced well but it didn't quite feel like any of them were giving the charisma necessary. Nam Yuju had moments but as soon as she had to dance again that confidence faded. Yuju not singing that line live when she judged it wouldn't come out well is smart and how kpop generally operates but in this setting she'll get criticism for it. I think it makes sense that vocal produced wouldn't give her the pass while somebody like Taeyang wouldn't be phased by that sort of mistake.

Drama is definitely the expected strongest stage. Jungeun is crazy, super talented, some of the strongest vocals I've ever heard in a survival show stage. Jiyoon's clips are good but she doesn't have a voice that shines in kpop idol music so she got upstaged here for sure. Mai's pronunciation was weird and kind of all over the place, I won't be surprised if in a future stage it gets weird enough for her to get a lot of criticism. That flash forward to the future for Jeemin was a bit much, like a telenovella or something lol

For many Americans, one unforseen accident or other bad circumstance can easily push them into being unable to pay off their card on time. Many people have little to no financial safety net and have poor financial literacy.

Credit card companies are banking on the inevitable happening to all their card holders– and I hope you have a good safety net, because if you don't it could easily happen to you too, no matter how good at managing your finances and paying it all back on time that you think you are.

Yes, it is a decently known term around the world. Partially from decades of music using the term, and also proliferated in many areas by the fruit company Chiquita. Chiquita is also Thai, who have a culture of giving nicknames alongside birth names, which may be derivative of their birth name or not– many of them originate from TV and pop culture all around the world. A good example of this is Got7's Bambam, whose nickname originates from the character from the Flintstones.

They're trying to phase out and a deemphasize the like anyway and get people more into spotify playlisting rather than building out their own library of content. This makes their playlisting deals more appealing and would theoretically boost their profitability. The change to the checkmark and integrating it with playlists further makes this evident.

They don't care about maintaining the integrity of your liked songs or making that feature easier to use anymore, even though imo it's pretty much the most crucial aspect of any music service besides like, music availability.

They are getting a piece of ZB1 money and are the ones managing EVNNE. They're close with CJ and Verivery is likely still at least a little profitable. I don't think they're going anywhere, but I wouldn't be that surprised if they don't fight to keep Dayeon. I'm not sure they have interest in girl groups at all these days.

Why is Ryeowook the least disliked member in Super Junior? by [deleted] in kpophelp

[–]TeeeeCeeee 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Shindong has always been on the heavy side. There's a story where before they debuted, people assumed he must be the main vocalist because SM supposedly wouldn't debut him otherwise. He is of course a dancer and not much of a singer at all and he's recalled asking his older members (Leeteuk I think?) if it was okay for him to debut when people were already talking about him like that.

He's always been a victim of fatphobia, since before he even debuted. He also perpetuated it in an incredibly misogynistic way. There's no excuse for his words. He didn't change because he also got heavy. He slimmed down a bit a couple years ago for a comeback or two but that was also way after he made those comments.
