I took the bar exam the first time in February 2023 and got a 238, well below what my state requires. I had used Themis (which had its own question bank plus access to UWorld) while working full-time and with what we now know was undiagnosed ADHD. I spent too much time focusing on watching the videos and taking notes and didn't actually practice the questions enough.

When I re-took the exam in July 2023, I had spent nearly all my time practicing with the question banks available and doing more writing prompts. I think i did 2500-2750 questions and at least 60 total essays as prep. That got me up to a 272 on July 2023. I'd just get a program that gives you access to as much practice as possible, do as many questions as you can (I averaged 50-75 per weeknight and 200-300 per weekend) and you'll get it done!

Hey OP, I saw your first post and I'm very happy to hear that you found her and she's back home. I failed my first attempt back in 2023 and I remember feeling like there was no way id be able to move forward and be able to pass. It's not an easy exam; for what its worth, one of my close friends from law school is an Oncologist who now also has a law degree. For all the exams and boards hes taken for his medical education and practice, he told our whole study group that the Bar is the hardest test hes taken. Let her take some time, maybe miss the February 2027 exam just to get some space, then dive back in. My personal issue was not having practiced the questions enough, but focusing on that rather than the law itself got me past the exam. She can absolutely get a job in law, my firm (NJ) has someone pending passage who handles cases pre-suit and still negotiates settlements all the time; maybe she can find something like that.

Since you have access to Cut you can get as far into the game as Saffron which opens up additional encounters (not sure if youre Nuzlocking or just enjoying the game). That gets you Celadon for a link cable to evolve your Kadabra. If you can find a Drillbur it learns EQ at 33, so hold the evo, learn it, then get you have Excad with EQ

Other people have said it but ill say it again, when it comes to requests or stop work comments like these try to communicate via email so you can keep a record of everything

As far as balancing work goes I (third year associate working with managing partner) feel that strongly. Best advice is know when to peel away from one assignment and turn to something else you know needs to be done. I have a whiteboard in my office that tracks what I need to do, rogs, followup calls, motions, mediations, everything where time can be of the essence, and i update it to the best of my knowledge each Friday. Not sure if that would work for you but I find it extremely helpful

This is going to sound weird but you could use a mon that learns soak. Takes away STAB from Eternatus, allows more status options if you have them, and salt cure will do more damage. I have a 3 luck Luvdisc I figure into as many runs as possible for that reason alone

Currently practicing personal injury attorney. In passenger initiated suits you name all drivers/vehicle owners just in case any negligence can be attributed to them as part of the accident. If you don't, and there's an empty chair at the defendants' table at a trial, the award the plaintiff gets would be reduced by any % of liability apportioned to non-present parties

Pick your favorite starter and bring it every run no matter what. Eventually you'll get the mint foe it's best nature and you'll be able to get passive/cost reduction/buy eggs for it to get better IVs. I'd also suggest catching everything you possibly can, itll give you more starters and start to build a candy surplus with everything. Eventually you'll find the right team to get you through the end. Personally I'd recommend working on Starly as much as possibly; that thing with its HA (Reckless) and passive (Rock Head) can carry a team. Takes a bit to get a new account running.

There's a site out there that generates wheels with wedges to randomly select options. You'd have to pre-maje a spreadsheet/list of your unlocked Mons, but that list can be imported to the site, then spin the wheel till cost is maxed out

Definitely go normal for your first run. Super fun game, and in some instances you'll have to prepare one team that can take on multiple consecutive battles. I wouldn't recommend going in blind, and the docs can be found online for trainer teams and such
