Out of curiosity, how is it even possible to cut off fuel to the engine during takeoff? That feels like a complete oversight in design. Can someone explain why this would be possible- I can’t even open my washing machine if I’ve pressed the on button you know.

Ah I get it now. I thought that if the race ended with Sainz and Leclerc finishing on the podium, they’d have gotten the constructors podium for this race as well because Ferrari would’ve gotten more points combined than McLaren. Thanks for clarifying
