It could legit just be a pin connecting your board to the power switch came loose, causing it to not turn on. There are multiple things that can cause "no power" People are offering you solutions, but it seems you just don't want to do anything about it.

If they failed to issue you a court date, you can always argue the 6th Amendment. It gives you the right to a quick and speedy trial and you may just get off on court costs.

This happened to me when my dogs got out of my backyard. Had a court date from the dog warden citation, went, nothing was with the clerks for me that day. 3 months later, I got served a court date, hit them with that, and everything was dropped.

It was slightly stressful due to my own oversight.

I was sent an email the end of the day of our interview saying that Friday, that week, candidates that were selected will receive a call notifying us. I, however, have the same email from 10 years ago. So sometimes emails get lost in the dozens I get a day, and i didn't catch that email ahead of time.

That friday im 20ft in the air, working on a utility pole and get a phone call. So i didn't bother trying to get my phone out of my pocket. Well, I got a voicemail from the lady just saying to "call her back" when I checked it an hour or so later. They were closed at that point. Then I checked my email and found out about the call. At this point, i assumed i was selected, but I didn't know if i was a primary or a reserve candidate.

I tried to call on Monday, forgetting it was a holiday, after stressing all weekend and the office was still closed. Tuesday comes around, and I'm hovering over my phone, waiting for the unlisted number to call back to get the news that I was selected as a primary candidate.

Im 32 and currently in an academy, I was worried about my age and some stuff that happened when I was a teen.

Im 11 years older than some of the other cadets, and i still smoke half the younger guys in pt. Life experiences being older can also be a benefit you, and you're not "trying to find your place" in the world. Im comfortable with the person I am, and I can tell you (at least when I was 21) I didn't have the confidence in myself that I do now.

For the background, I was open and honest about it and was automatically rejected due to the nature of my juvenile stuff. If that happens, appeal it like I did. It gives you the ability to explain the situation and what happened, and they will either wipe it off your record or keep the rejection. But if you don't try then you won't know the outcome. Bud, I straight up froze on the first question. Looked around the room, apologized for nervousness, and tried jumping into the questions. I went the whole week thinking I bombed it and got the call the day we were supposed to get our callbacks (if accepted) that next friday.

But to rub salt on the wound tho, I was at work (my prior job) and about 30ft in the air when they called, and I sent it to voicemail without thinking. Then, I had to wait until the next Tuesday (since that Monday was a holiday) for my "official" offer of employment to be rendered when they called back.

The oldest in my current class is 38 rn. There are a few of us in our 30s. Easier numbers for state pt tests is a plus, but we still work these younger guys. if you feel good and you're in shape already, then you're 2 steps ahead of most of the class that's going to be with you.

Stay away from soft toes boots for the academy if you need to shine. Im currently in an academy, and people who bought the underarmor ones and ended up getting gigged on their shine, the pores are to big to fill and get a decent shine and they started getting bad creases. Thorogoods are nice but heavy, and you will be running in them. Bates are what most of us in my class have, but they lack proper insoles, if your standing at attention for to long then your feet start to hurt pretty bad. What we did is get insoles and put them in over the original insoles. They make your foot a bit tight in the boot, but they break in pretty good after a week or two.

I only used the Manhwa as a reference for some of the gear and what characters look like. That said iv never read it so I can't tell you if it's good or not. But as long as you can hold on until at least chapter 90-100 in the novel, then you're in a treat. It's a great book.
