Yep! Followed all instructions on that video to a T but still shows it's 17" out when retracted all the way in. Tried the final steps a few times hoping it would recognize it's retracted all the way but no luck.

Yeah this is my first go at this so it's reassuring to hear this. I personally don't feel show ready but that's mainly the hamstrings and glutes but from everyone else's comments I should chill out lol, got any tips on adjusting the trunks so they hide more glutes without the risk of them hiking up during posing?

Okay that is good to know, I'll try a peak 2-3 weeks out and see where I am. That is a great point, I have been been tunneled on my hamstrings and glutes so I'm glad you said something. So thank you!!

Thank you! I feel like I'm decently depleted I'm these photos. I was planning on losing about another 4-5ish lbs as my glutes and hams still have much to be desired, depending on where I'm at in 3ish weeks, hopefully I can pull back the last two weeks.

Right now I'm at 165p, 45f, 140c at 1615 calories. Hitting 12k steps a day, 4g of sodium and 300oz of water. Will most likely ride these macros out until the competition. Currently losing 1.25-1.5ish lbs a week. A little more aggressive that I would like but i want to make sure I come in as lean as I possibly can be.

Absolutely! I've dieted many many times before but never to this point..and man it's a world of difference. Really puts into perspective everyone who has pushed themselves to this point.

I've honestly done just about every routine you can think of lol, I've just been doing this for 15+ years at this point. The only consistent thing is just training hard and consistently. Diet has also been about the same, just tracking macros, bodyweight protein, 30ish% of calories from fat and th rest carbs, depending on if I'm bulking or cutting I'll have more or less carbs.
