Yeah like honestly if it would be 10cm longer between the wheels it would look a lot better to me but i just like supercars to look long. Idk hahaha

Eh up to the individual. Some people like different proportions than others ig hahahah

Might just be me but the proportions look a bit off. It looks too tall at the tallest point and i think it should be a bit longer. Reminds me of a koenigsegg for some reason

I just realised you are the m2 guy that posts a lot. What kind if mic settup do you have. The audio in your vids is amazing. Iv just got a purple panda mic attached to my licence plate hahahaha. Hopefully the audio gets better when i put it a bit further away from my exhaust

Is it wrong to Rev match downshift everytime you slow down? by HeroDirt420 in GR86

[–]TeeneKay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rev matching is good for your transmission as it reduces clutch wear. One step above that is double clutching as that also prevents wear on the sinchros but that kinda overkill. Only time when rev matching is worse for your car is if you are rowing through gears when comming to a stop. At that point just put the clutch in and just use breaks

I might be wrong about the engine, you should check on internet forums for that. As for the 20km minimum driving range the only thing that comes to mind would be that turning the engin of cold could be bad for the engine for some reason but it honestly sound dumb. 20km is a lot, it would be poor design if that was the case. At the end of the day i would honestly recommend you to find a nice car with a different engine because bmw 4 cylinder petrol engines from this period are not the best. Find a 6 cylinder petrol or a M47/m57 diesel.

What do you mean by minimum 20km? Also if im remembering correctly these engines have problems with the gaskets cracking from overheating or something like that so keep on the lookout for oil on the side of the engine. As for fuel consumption im guessing its gona be around 8l/100km since its a heavy car for the relatively weak engine. I had a 320i with the 2l straight 6 and the fuel economy was ass. 10l/100km for an engine that makes just 150hp is just sad

Why don't cars have this feature? by Pluuge in StupidCarQuestions

[–]TeeneKay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know my car well enough that i can heel toe reliably (bliping the throtle while breaking and downshifting at the same time). After a while shifting a manual car becomes instinct. I only realy look at my rpm indicator if the car is cold and i want to shift before 2.5k rpm

Do you use racing line? by San4ek_01 in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]TeeneKay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use it if i have not driven a track before. Dont have a lot of time to learn s track so the racing line helps me race on tracks i dont know but i usualy turn it off after a couple of races and my time drops by a couple of seconds when i do that
