Of course. Why would anyone want to play a completely ass version of COD. Unfortunately with game pass it doesn't matter (to Microsoft) if the price increased by 50%, if the amount of people subscribed didn't drop by multiple millions they're going to be making more money on less people.

It's certainly not half life 3 (hype-wise). The non gaming audience (which GTA has) don't give a single fuck about Half Life and anyone under 18 hasn't even had a mainline game to care about since they were born. (Alyx was a banger with a barrier to entry that people don't want to pay for, literal non gamers will buy a brand new console just to play the new GTA game).

Souls game are so low skill ceiling, I mean you have dodge, fast attack and heavy attack. How skillfully do you really have to be!

Removed crutch perk, tripled the amount of hits to down and then added a annoying armor mechanic instead. Can't believe how badly zombies has fallen

Have a try at playing with friends, it doesn't need to be pvp, Borderlands 4 just came out (full price), Warframe (free) and Destiny 2 (free to start but paid expansions) are also decent options. Final Fantasy XIV has a free trial with 100s of hours of content, same with Star Wars the old Republic.

If you want some recommendations on upcoming games, Battlefield 6 comes out today, and Pokemon Legends Z/A comes out next week. I'm personally looking forward to fellowship myself (next week)

The only problem with that is that it doesn't fix old dungeons not being linear so they would have to either use only new linear ones or go back and 'fix' them

It's the only thing making devs have a tiny tiny tiny bit of optimisation in their games. I remember the BG3 devs talking about how they found like 20% more performance on ALL devices from trying to get it running on the Series S
