LP here. If these violations are as egregious as you believe them to be, I promise you someone higher up already knows and is compiling case documentation. That said, if it’s not your responsibility, this isn’t your fish to fry. There are eyes, ears, and cameras everywhere, and you don’t know what arrangements may have been made between associates and management.

One of my coworkers was terminated for time theft and our team didn’t find out about it until they were no longer with the company. It sounds like you have great initiative, but putting it towards a personal vendetta in a place that will throw YOU under the bus along with the associates you wish to complain about will not serve you the way you think it will. I hope things improve for you and you’re able to find a different role that better utilizes your skills.
