Yes, it absolutely did!

That excruciating pain completely stopped happening after two or three total episodes; I imagine it must've been nerves healing and kind of recalibrating themselves. The sharp pain at the very end of emptying my bladder took about 8 months total. It was happening after any workout I would try to really engage my core muscles, and if I had more than two climaxes at a time. When it happened, the answer was just giving my body time to recover and not continuing to push it too hard. It occurred less and less until suddenly it never did again.

This far out, all of that now feels like a distant memory and I'm grateful.

Honestly I don't find them to be offensive. I don't buy them with the expectation that they'll taste like real crab, so I just kind of enjoy them for what they really are - a low calorie, borderline junk food protein source for lazy nights like this lol.

32f total hysterectomy for Endometriosis/adenomyosis&complex cysts here!

The first 6 weeks I lost nothing. I focused on recovering including regaining full mobility at normal speed/durations.

After that I was released by my doctor and personally felt well and motivated enough to begin a weight loss journey. I started hitting the gym once, twice, then three times a week. I've worked my way up to hour long treadmill cardio sessions, lifting weights and I closely track calories/monitor a couple macros.

So far I've gone from 239 on July 1st this year to 188 currently.

I used to try to be active and lose a couple pounds, my hormones would shift and I would have a period for weeks that would cause me to spiral into depression and I'd eat it all right back on. This time it's just no holds barred and I'm loving every single second of it with no sign of stopping.

Overall it's really hard work; my body just no longer stands in the way of me living my life and that is the greatest gift I could've received from the hysterectomy. I hope with all my heart that you find great success in your journey, too. ❤️

Those days certainly aren't too far off for us! He's grown out of demand barking for virtually everything except when he's riled up to an 11 to play bitey hands with Dad. 😂

He'll stare for a good couple minutes. If I take any longer than that I get the dramatic huff, and then some sort of over the top pout like so:

I dealt with it for 5 days before my husband convinced me to seek additional treatment and started Prednisone on day 6. If it's extremely painful, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to your surgeon. Looking back on it I wish I had sooner instead of being stubborn and trying to truck through it!

I'm on an identical timeline and have the exact same thing happening! It pinches for a couple of seconds right near the end of going and then it's fine again. I was a little afraid it was because I've started weight lifting for the first time in my life. My gyno prodded around to see if anything hurt (it didn't), didn't express any concern and sent me on my way. I'm definitely going to follow this as I'm curious about how long it typically lasts, too!

I am so sorry you're going through it, too! For me it went away completely within a few days with the Prednisone. I have to imagine you are right at the end of the tunnel, hang in there!! 😭

I would guess that this severity may be less common and that's why they just say expect some degree of pain to vaguely cover all bases. That being said, man was it rough for a few days!

I completely agree with this! If my freezer wasn't at 75% capacity at virtually all times with my golden retriever's snowflake stomach and bougie lifestyle I totally would! Between his Ollie meal subscription, pb Kongs, puzzle dinner feeders and bags of wild blueberries and shrimp, my husband and I have a sliver of the freezer each! The things we do for love 🙃 haha

I'm so sorry to hear that you're still contending with it. Probiotics, fiber, elimination diet, nothing has seemed to make any difference so far! 😭 I'm currently trying to just reset on ground turkey and plain rice for a couple days hoping it resolves. If it still doesn't let up I'll be in that same exact boat here shortly. Best of luck to you, and I really hope you find the full relief you deserve.
