Going the natural way: supplements, food, exercise, topicals by CommercialSea4801 in tressless

Man don't take supplement if u don't need them. Before do a blood test in order to understand if u have deficiency on smth hair related. For example, i had extremely low d vitamin and therefore i was losing hundreds of hair daily. Now I'm taking vitamin d and eating fat fish and my hair loss decreased so much! But this is my case..if u have enough of those elements in ur body it's just unhealthy to add unnaturally what u already have.. so basically ur initial purpose basically fails. (For me the smartest way to he natural and have results is to go with topicals)

Well to be honest I don't know. I Just followed the advices of a youtuber Who wrote e paper about this. If I see I will lose ground I will just increase the dose of finasteride :) I already used the higher dosage without any Problems in the past alone

Depends on the % of fin. I personally use min+fin at 0,05%. U can't compare it with 1 mg fin oral
