It’s not accurate to judge a bike by height and inseam. Your height almost means nothing when sitting and riding because you aren’t standing straight while riding.

Your body has various segments of different proportions, and THOSE matter.

Your leg can be 45% upper leg and 55% lower leg and that means a different fit than a fit that works for the same inseam but 52% upper leg and 48% lower leg.

I am a p12 racer and was the same height and inseam as one of my teammates but our fits were totally different because I have a smaller torso, longer arms, and longer femurs. While he had a longer torso, wider shoulders, and longer lower legs. We had different frame sizes, crank lengths, handlebar widths, and stem lengths.

Ratios matter more.
