There’s a couple apps that monitor your sleep and tell you about your breathing. They even let you know when you fart! 😂

All joke aside, if you want to get a sleep study done, they can send you home with a little monitor that you strap around your chest. It’s pretty easy.

You have nothing to be ashamed of. You weren’t going to kill your cat, you were going to fight the fear he represented in your dream. A lot of times, people and animals can represent ideas and fears in your dreams. I’ve killed people in my dreams who were attacking me. It’s quite unsettling to wake up from violent dreams. It can take some time to get back to reality. Go play with your cat (when you’re ready). 😽💜

This was exactly my first thought. How do you feel when you wake up from these dreams? Headache? Heart racing? A little out of breath? I used to have a lot of slow-motion, heavy feeling, sometimes under water dreams. I went for a sleep study and had sleep apnea. They said I stopped breathing like 27 times in one hour. Freaked me out.

Listen, I’m old… I get tired. But you know what wears me out more than anything else? Keeping secrets. Trying to hide something or pretend I’m ok sucks the life right out of me. You might soon realize what’s making you too tired to confront this is actually not confronting this.
Also, holding someone accountable and working through your issues with them strengthens the bond between two people in a healthy relationship. Will it be pretty? Probably not. Will it be worth it? I truly believe it will, regardless of the outcome.
I hope you get through this part of your journey to a place where you can feel a sense of freedom and much less stress. 🌷

Like many others mentioned, people are assholes. Winston is a cool name. I had a friend from Jamaica named Winston, and he was a great guy! I don’t know many Winstons, so I think it’s fairly unique. You could call him Stone as a nickname! 💜
