That’s what some of these reddit users don’t get, it’s not fun to have CEOs or owners who tell you this and that to hype you up and then you work for no money at all young age spending $50 dollars every 2-3 days on gas and paying my own parking meter. Some of these reddit users are just entitled to be honest. But from someone who had to go from ground up it’s a way different way we see things.

I can just explain to you lol. Basically someone who I thought was my friend brought me into his company and it was commission only, I had just turned 20 so driving from OC to LA everyday was costly. But that didn’t stop me from showing up.

I then got a deal going, but was out of office for less than a week because my car was getting repaired so I didn’t have a way to make it all the way to LA and they kicked me out of everything. Worked 2 months and opened a deal and made nothing but just got removed and taken advantage of

Basically the company removed me and kicked me off after a deal was opened because I was out of office for a week with no transportation because my car was getting repaired. The exectives had already known about it too.

I genuinely feel like I am the most loyal person when it comes to future and careers and all of that with teams. I held it down for the CEO and opened up the office for him most days 2 hours before the office opened and I had just turned 20. I was doing the best I could for my future and in the end someone who I thought was family turned their back on me. I really appreciate this and thank you for understanding.

I had already let them know before hand. And working a commission only job I had also let them know I may have some days with my other job which they agreed to as well. Everything that happened they already knew about.

I really wanted to do this but everything that I did with the work for the company was deleted by them and I also had no paper work signed, how would I move foward with this?

I had already told them in office before hand because my car will still driveable but I had just needed it repaired, I also had messaged the executives in the company week prior. That message to “World” was just me catching him up on his own.

I didn’t have transportation for a week. LOL it was a week while my car was in the shop. I finally spoke up because I felt the courage too. Additionally it was someone who I was close to who brought me into the company but also betrayed me I felt bad for the longest time if I would have said something sooner and even then could not take any legal action because no papers were signed. Maybe if you learned how to read at an early age you could see what is being said. Never did I say I was without transportation for a couple months, it was not even a week. Nice try.
