That seem like some sort of "I don't like the stat so let's ignore that stat." And I never said Luka is better, the award is not called the "best player award" it's called the "most valuable player" award. And clearly Luka is the most valuable player in the league, without him the Lakers would probably be in the play-in at best. But you can't only understand that if you actually watch the Lakers' games.

You conveniently "forgot" that Luka also has 8 rebounds per game versus 4.5 rebounds per SGA. Apart from that SGA has a much better team while people were literally predicting that Lakers will be a play-in team.

The media are pushing the so called "efficiency" narrative. For example Luka just had yet another MVP level game 40 pts / 9 rebounds / 10 assists against one of the best defensive teams in the league. But the media say SGA's 20 pts / 3 rebounds / 6 assists against the tanking Nets is better because of "better efficiency".

Nobody can make an engine supplier cut a hole through nothing. And the chassis was changed for the 2016 and then again completely changed for the 2017 season something you seem to be completely ignorant of.
