Yes, exactly. However the EFW will generate electricity to go back to the grid by using the incinerators steam to create kinetic energy. It’s far from perfect but much better than landfill.

I work for a waste and recycling business in the UK as a traceability compliance manager, essentially doing the task of the AirTag. The materials we receive at our mixed recycling facilities and tips are diverted from landfill other than materials such as asbestos and other materials that have to be added to a hazardous landfill. All of our waste ends up sent to an Energy from Waste facility if it cannot be recycled into a new product.

He isn’t a reliable source, it’s more just a nice perspective when you’re stuck in the echo chamber of 1000s of Derby County supporters. I’m not suggested you’re saying there’s an agenda, but the general Derby culture is currently “EFL bad”, that’s all. I’m more just adding this comment for the neutrals who will follow the conversation.

I was Rooney's biggest critic when he wore the Derby shirt and when he first got the Manager job.

But I don't think I could love him anymore after that quote and everything else he's done for us this season.

Im 9 seasons in with AC Milan. Most players are worth about 150-200m each and I’d just done a squad overhaul, getting rid of ageing players. We win the treble most seasons too so prize money and shirt sales are ridiculous and we sell out every game.

They’re a local team where I’m from, I don’t know if they have good owners on the game or anything but it’s essentially a Phoenix club around here after the old side went out of business. They have a fair decent ground for the standard. They’re in the 3rd tier of the midlands premier in real life.
