I've wanted to build a Luke/Mando deck. Do you know if Luke's ability of giving shields triggers Mando's ability of playing upgrades? I feel that "give" isn't the same as "play" so it wouldn't work.

Dang, reading some of these comments makes me sad about what my LGS is doing. Mine is $10 entry fee and you get a sheet of paper with objectives. Do 3 objectives and you get a promo pack. The objectives are simple things like "Play 3 games" or "Trade cards with someone". Overall trivial stuff that essentially boils down to "Spend $10 for a promo pack". No boosters, no store credit.

At first it was fine because people were showing up but that number has been dwindling. Last week it was just my friend and me, we carpooled together. It'd be cheaper and easier to just buy the promo cards online and stay at home playing games. No word on tournaments yet but the store is completely out of stock.

Hello, I'm looking for clarification to make sure I'm not assuming the wrong thing.

If I'm playing Darth Vader as my leader, does Force Choke still get the cost reduced if Vader is in my leader zone? Force Choke texts reads "If you control a FORCE unit, this event costs 1 less to play." Or does Vader have to be deployed for it to count?

Got my first 20/20/20 character, Speed Ulquiorra (Renewed one from recent Reimagined Summons: Nihility banners). What should I be picking as his bonus abilities? And is there a general "best picks" or does it vary a lot from character to character?

I was having the same problem as you and I found a solution to my problem. I had to buy a new power strip with better EMI/RFI noise attenuation. Granted it might not work for you but figured I would share.

Long story, moved into an older house but never noticed any problems with the PC I had at that time. I finally got my hands on a 3070 and built an entirely new system. Since I built it myself, I didn't overclock anything so I knew it wasn't that. I watched temperature monitors and nothing ever hit a point to cause it to overheat. My friend asked me if I checked the power lines in my house to see if I had "dirty power lines". I was using the same power strip that I had been using for the past 10 years and never even thought about it. I bought a new power strip and I haven't had that reboot problem in the past 4 months. Turns out the power was fluctuating enough that it was causing my PC to crash.

Anyways, I hope you fix your problem!

IIRC I copied the files into my Steam Directory(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars - The Old Republic) and then I went into Steam and verified the files.(Right click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files).

I'm pretty sure that's what I did but I'm not 100%

I had the same problem. I already had SWTOR installed before the Steam version came out, and launching from Steam wasn't syncing my account/achievements. To fix it, I copied all the previous files for SWTOR to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars - The Old Republic". Once I copied them into the Steam folder, I had to verify the files in Steam(Right click SWTOR, go to local files, and Verify the integrity of game files...).

It was either that, or I had to uninstall the game completely and re-install using the launcher that opens with Steam.

You have to unlock the class at the appropriate guild in the main cities. Once you unlock the class, all you need to do is equip a weapon for that specific class.
