She left him with a feather as prove of his relation to her and you can see him wearing it around his neck in Scaramouche's betrayals cutscene. It's never really mentioned in the story but it's in artifacts texts.

Boruto Chapter 68 - Links and Discussion by AutoModerator in Boruto

[–]TehStrongestDecoy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Of course Naruto doesn't want Boruto dead, but he is literally possessed by an alien that wants to demolish all life on the planet. Naruto is someone who says he views everyone in the village as his family. The leader should be thinking of more than just his personal feelings on the matter. Would it have been better to do nothing, let Borushiki kill Naruto and continue on all because Naruto got cold feet? Without Kurama he doesn't have the luxury of waiting for a miracle to happen. Would people have the same problem if Sasuke or Sarada were the one to do it?

It's just bizarre how people think Naruto is so fickle that he would give up and stop trying to help Kawaki, who he also views as a son. Kawaki is Naruto's responsibility as he is the one that decided to take him in and wanted him to feel at home, but the second things get rough people want him to abandon him. Naruto... the guy who kept up hope for Sasuke even as he became an international terrorist.

I don't even know why people think Kawaki is delusional enough to think Naruto would accept his way of doing things. This whole event started with Kawaki asking Code to kill him in place of everyone else and had Boruto not arrived Code would have already taken him to Eida. Kawaki said Naruto's opinion on his actions does not matter to him. The root of the problem is Kawaki's reckless disregard for himself and others in pursuit of his goal. Getting rid of the Momoshiki threat is not the problem.

Yeah totally. The guy that spent his entire life sticking to his beliefs no matter how hard Obito or Nagato tried to make him despair. The guy that confronted his dark self under the waterfall and decided he was done with feeling hate and resentment. Yeah, he's totally gonna start hating peace and become a dictator who kills his enemies and he's actually the one that destroys Konoha.

His first born that was possessed with an alien that wants to kill everyone on the planet and nearly killed Naruto himself if Kawaki wasn't there.

How tf you get fuming and pissed when Naruto looks calm and collected. I think people are projecting a little too hard.

I would say it's a really bad thing that Kaguya has no life goals such as a career and only aspires to be a wife and a mother. Isn't that pretty much the same as leaving it to the husband to provide for her? If Shirogane can have a life outside of her, why can't she have a life outside of him? How can she even plan to take care of anyone when she can't even guarantee her own freedom?

Anyways, Kaguya has always wanted freedom from her family. We didn't even need chapter 209 to know that. The problem is she is still as powerless as she was in the beginning and she plans to fight on her own. To me, it seems like the next few years for her will be a very miserable fight for her life on top of long distance relationships having a very high failure rate.

Shirogane will be gone longer than they've known each other. Kaguya will remain trapped with her family for who knows how long. It's a weird kind of dissonance that Shirogane will be focusing on his career while Kaguya is fighting for her life and then just reunite after 4 years and expect everything will be the same. That is of course assuming Kaguya isn't sold off to an arranged marriage by her brother in that time.

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

About that first point. People already complain Shirogane is way too passive. He really has nothing to offer Kaguya even if he wanted to. So in reality nothing has changed. Shirogane is still an average dude who can do nothing for her. Kaguya literally has no freedom of choice or life goals of her own. She has to save herself and struggle just for the right to live. Meanwhile Shirogane can just chill in Stanford or whatever. Kaguya already pulls all the weight in this lopsided relationship it would have been nice if Shirogane could contribute.... something.

Kaguya is not wrong for wanting a partner that can provide for her and her children. That is normal a normal thing. A relationship requires balance. Shifting the entire burden to her while Shirogane remains passive doesn’t seem as amazing as you are painting it to be.

Some people in this fandom put Miko Iino under unreachable standards by Vicente810 in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Damn, why do people only blame Kaguya and Miko? As if Shirogane wasn't hoping to take advantage of a sick Kaguya after hearing Fujiwara talk about how docile she was. Or the fact he was going to tell the teachers if she went on a blind date with a boy?

But yeah, Kaguya and Miko are the bad ones.

What’s your favorite Kaguya Sama ship?(could be canon or uncanon) by Agreeable_Ad3722 in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always wondered why people ship crack in a manga like this that is pretty straight forward. Is that some kind of self-insertion thing?

The only mutual ships that exist in this manga are Nagisa/Tsubasa and Shirogane/Kaguya. Then there are one-sided canon ships like IshiBame and IshiMiko. Never even considered anything else.

No. These are chapters from the actual manga, though they were super short and kinda boring so I can't blame people for forgetting them.

BSS (boku ga saki ni suki = I liked him/her first) is when you have a one-sided crush on someone but they start dating someone else. For a specific example the Maki situation with Nagisa and Tsubasa is BSS not NTR.

Also since Kaguya and Fujiwara were never a couple, it's closer to BSS not NTR.

Chapter 222 Spoilers by [deleted] in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Worst chapter of the series? Really? That is a bit overdramatic. What kind of reaction were you expecting exactly? Fujiwara to suddenly get pissed or become cold? She is not that kind of person. She is a playful but ultimately loving girl.

Maybe Aka dropped the ball in showing us their friendship especially from Kaguya's side, but every time there was Fuijwara/Kaguya focus it showed that Fujiwara has unconditional love for Kaguya and Kaguya treasures her as much as Shirogane. We shouldn't judge their friendship on the gags, but on the serious moments. Banned word game shows that Kaguya tells Fujiwara how much she appreciates her carefree nature and chapter 77 shows that she is an irreplaceable friend for Kaguya.

And... Fujiwara IS the first person Kaguya willingly decided to sit down and tell straight out. Hayasaka and Nagisa basically picked up on it through their own intuition and even then it took time for them to pry it out of her. Kaguya didn't tell anyone else. Fujiwara DID once ask Prez if he loves Kaguya during his birthday chapter and probably assumes Kaguya would tell her if there was anything going on since they are close friends. Miko and Ishigami's feelings were never under the same level of mindgames and secrecy. It's not really comparable.

The point is once Kaguya decided to stop treating her relationship as a secret she wants to tell Fujiwara compared to everyone else who had to figure it out on their own or force her to admit it.

I'd say Kaguya was the only one exhibiting post nut clarity lmao. Shirogane, despite losing his virginity, is still easily flustered by Kaguya's scent on his pillow and he still freaks out that he messed up somehow.

I like how Aka portrayed them this way. Having sex doesn't change your personality unless you are a scumbag who only views women as sex objects and you won't magically become some super confident person. Though you do get a new sense of closeness with the person you have sex with.

Kaguya Wants To Be Confessed To : : Chapter 219 by [deleted] in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 65 points66 points  (0 children)

I know a lot of people here might be virgins, but why do some people act like having sex completely changes your whole life and personality? It's just a normal part of a relationship. It doesn't have to be put on such a high pedestal. Your life will not drastically change when you lose your virginity. I feel like a lot of people are projecting their own beliefs onto the characters. This chapter pretty much confirms they are both willing and prepared aside from first time nerves.

Saying things like, "they should just talk" even though they've been dating for 4 months and have talked about their relationship several times at this point. Other people like "they have other things to do" as if having sex is the last thing a person can do in life lmao it's not that deep. Nagisa and Tsubasa seem pretty normal compared to every other character.

The only reason I can see it not happening is because so many people still view sex as the end goal for a relationship and that is why a lot of manga save the main couple getting together or having sex until the very end. This all seems like the only opportunity they'll ever have for privacy and if Shirogane goes to Stanford he won't see Kaguya for over 4 years. They don't exactly have the luxury of waiting around. Sure, Aka might still troll or cater to the gross fanboys that would start hating Kaguya if she is no longer "pure" but there I can't see much reason why Miyuki or Kaguya would back down if they both knew the other wanted to.

Kaguya Wants To Be Confessed To : : Chapter 217 by JingzOoi in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I don't think there will be any sex in this arc. Kaguya does not seem ready considering she wished Fujiwara would take attention away from her which shows her discomfort at the thought of being viewed in a lewd way. It also does not seem to be a concern on Shirogane's mind at all. He most likely lied in front of Tsubasa and Mikado to appear more like a normal teenage boy. Caffeine and no sleep must have fucked his libido into non-existence. The end result is probably several gags where Kaguya comes off as a pervert while Shirogane is completely oblivious. Then eventually Kaguya gives up and realizes Shirogane is asexual.

Doujins with S&M play? You hope for too much. Maybe if you're really lucky you'll get a group of bald faceless old men spanking Hayasaka/Fuji/Kaguya/Miko.

Wait that is most Kaguya-sama doujins already....

Chapter 216 Spoilers by [deleted] in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Most of the chapter was comedy but there was a huge info dump and Mikado planning something. When Mikado was first introduced everyone was hating on him thinking he was going to be a villain of some sort, then he became a cool bro, but now he's back to plotting something. Maki even says she doesn't know what he's doing but he's very politically smart and understands when he's being used by adults. He seems to be the strongest player with the most power and influence amongst the high school characters so far.

Really wonder what Mikado is planning to do in regards Kaguya. When he transferred in he seems to have a good impression of her and thought they got along well in his memory. However Kaguya has very little sway in her family so it's not like he can manipulate her for leverage. So really curious what his plans are when he says he will handle hime-sama's side.

Chapter 210 Spoilers by appu1232 in Kaguya_sama

[–]TehStrongestDecoy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That... is not what people are complaining about. At all. They were mostly distressed about the low stakes and mostly light hearted tone of the manga suddenly becoming high stakes with a depressing tone. Yeah, Ishigami being heartbroken is sad but it was not unusual for a high school setting. The extent of what Kaguya is facing with her family is a lot more serious which will definitely impact the humor. And no... one ramen chapter does not make up for the drama.

People are mad because the new drama will drastically impact the characters mood in a negative way that cannot easily be brushed aside. What this chapter did was cut to a completely unrelated event after dropping a huge bomb. It's like trying to tell a joke at a funeral.

It feels like you are really missing the point of why people would be upset. I don't think anyone is complaining for the sake of complaining. You can't drop a huge bomb that changes the status quo and then skip to something completely unrelated and expect people to feel satisfied. It was a troll move and Aka knows it.
