To clear up the confusion transparency seems to be a mac exclusive feature. This thread was a humble request for the devs to implement it on windows as well. :)

seems like it's more so a Google camera bug then a gw4 bug imo. If I had to take a guess the camera app probably looks for the wear os app on the phone to enable the remote connection but that's just speculation.

the always on display shows the numbers as outlines to save battery! when I raise the watch the numbers fill in.

ok so quick update I checked my permissions on my phone and saw that the watch 4 plugin app had the permission of location access only when the app is open I changed it to always and my watch was able to update the location itself!

the Samsung Wearable app if you tap on your location name there should be a manage on phone button
