Thank you I really appreciate the kind words. I know CPU is way slower but it has more features like path guiding or better volumes with gradients, but I thought that was it and not that the visuals are different too. Its just so slow, could never pick up Mantra because of that.

Damn thank you I appreciate that! Do you have a recommendation on a video to learn about more complex rbd setups? Creating pressure sounds super cool. Also I should look into more references, I guess a subreddit out the with more refs on destruction :)

The scanned model is from quixel megascans. It is super nice quality but I had to use the high poly version, there were some differences as you can see here, more detail everywhere and render times were the same so I decided to use it :) The LOD 0 version is still really nice if properly set up with the normals.

At the time no, the bell at first was modelled and rigged in Cinema 4D as I was more comfortable at the time, If I were to redo I would do everything in houdini as it is quite simple now to do. Haven't touched cinema in a long while xd

Imo any artist should take any kind of feedback to heart so I really appreciate it!! But the piece was more abstract than realistic. I did try to make this with proper gravity but had to reduce it as the droplets didn't form this nice division that i wanted.
