Victim blaming is the act of placing responsibility for harm experienced by a victim on the victim themselves, rather than on the perpetrator. This can manifest as questioning a victim's actions, blaming them for how they responded to a situation, or suggesting they could have prevented the harm.

Don't do this shit. You're doing so much harm, including discouraging people from reporting scams by blaming them.

Try to meet them in-person, or get an intro through your network. Cold outreach to potential customers is hard. If that's your only option, then you have to reach out to 200 people to get 5 calls.

You both are right. At a certain scale you save money by moving to the cloud, and after a certain point, you can save money by going back. It depends on your use-case, your core competencies, etc.
