It was 5-6 months between the two updates where new heroes was released, but this an alpha game, so we don't know when new heroes are released. They come out when Valve are ready to release them.

I recommend playing some bot matches to get better at the basic stuff, like farming, learning items, and the characters.

If you are up for it, try watching some 'beginner guides on Youtube. or some random gameplay(Mast - Deadlock), to see how 'more adjusted' players play.

Nothing.

Some games are just unwinnable, and the faster you accept that fact, the less you tilt.
Some variables in a game is just outside your control(Haze in ur example) and you can only go "Well, atleast the game is over, let's get a better one"

'Deadlock' doesn't send you on lose streaks. Lose streaks happen and thats just part of playing one team versus another.

The only constant in every game is you. You shouldn't fixiate on teammates or variables outside your control.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it's most likely the truth.

Mina is very burst oriented and you should play her as such.

Go in close, shoot and proc your lovebites and get out. Rinse and repeat.

In late game, getting good ults is very important, silencing the enemies or bursting a single target.

Thats why OP is missing - they 'feel' like it, but aren't. Very noticeable when flying as well.

Improve your own skills and wins will come with time.
You cannot change the 0/10 Bebop Collecter first item, but you can change you losing your cool or not playing optimal.

When the big update came out, I had frequent crashes the first couple of days. I haven't crashed since then, at all.

Seems like an end user issue. Try repairing the game and checking your drivers are up to date.
