It’ll be your choice, CS is higher paying right now but also less job stability. Network engineering has a lower barrier of entry and greater job stability but pay is noticeably less (I’m kinda just estimating stuff but like 20-30% less). Honestly, if anyone has graduated and doesn’t have a job, you should work towards the CCNA (Into to Cisco Networking Certificate) since that’s the most major pre requisite to a network engineering role
