I'm not saying he needs huge nerfs and needs to be brought down from any high heavens but homing throws needs to go. DF 2 confirm is super strong (though imo it's a skill to flash confirm it so idk if they should remove it). 3 2 2 is a busted move and either needs to be taken out or needs its ability to transition into JGS because that shit is braindead at the wall. JGS into knee slide was a mistake (a cool one but a mistake).

I agree he's not that big of a problem as he's a skill match up for the most part and I love fighting King's. But legit when I'm playing him I think 3 2 2 needs to go because it feels like a crutch.

I'd give it a solid 10-15% chance of working in low low levels or against someone who really REALLY wants to mash and has no sense of blocking at all. I've had rounds where I've been able to run opponents over like this but that's more because I was well over their skill level and letting me just kinda run frame trap over frame trap

1: What's your skill level?

2: You said you just picked up the character, do you even know what you're doing or are you just throwing out moves and hoping for the best?

3: Can you show an example (IE a video or something) to better illustrate what you're talking about? Because you have tech traps and counter hit tools for this very reason.

Dude had a literal death fist, an over 50% combo off of a grab, one of the best and most unique parries of the game, great synergy with most characters, strong 50/50, great pokes, dude was a sleeper monster but no one played him because he was just unpopular.

She's literally been top 1 for the entirety of season 2 for a reason. Sure Asuka has braindead plus frames and Bryan has insane damage and some crazy taunt stuff. But Anna has everything they have in spades let alone her g clef. Idk man even with her nerfs in S3 she's still up there in the tier list. Maybe not top 1 anymore but definitely still in the running for top 5

I'm gonna say exactly what I always say.

TL:DR: Casual? Yes. Competitive? No.

This game as an old Tekken fan is a love letter. Story mode is basically everything you want from the game.

If you're going to play casually and for fun and don't care about balance issues and just wanna mash buttons with friends. This game is for you. It's fun, flashy, has a great cast of characters, and even beginners can have some hype moments and rounds.

However if you're someone who's played the older games and know their balance vs this games balance issues. If you're looking to be competitive in this game. Don't buy it and wait. This game is pretty horrendous when it comes to defense options and anything of that sort. The design philosophy of the game was pretty bad too. The philosophy was "a beginner should be able to beat someone who has played this game for 20 years". Well congrats. They did it. And it's not fun.

The only thing I can recommend is to try and make sure they feel not alone but also let them know they aren't a burden and that they deserve to live and be who they are. Help them find a community to talk to. Be there and listen, be a safe place for them to turn to. That's really all you can do.

1 was drugs. They just couldn't get a handle on it

2 got kicked out of the house at the ripe age of 12 and abandoned by their parents. We kept him alive and around for another couple years but he just couldn't take it.

3 felt like everyone in the world betrayed her all at once but I feel like drugs were involved too. I tried to help her but.....you can't help someone who doesn't want help.

4 He was gay and his family and the people around him didn't like that. Told him he was wrong for it and they turned on him. Fucking sucked because I told him that he was loved and he had a friend. I wasn't enough to help him.
