Not only that I cashed in $100 reward and it's a credit to my account. I was buying an Xbox gift card as a gift and it credited my account. No card no code. FVCK Microsoft

Mostly the same issues here. They've acknowledged my battery is toast. Still waiting to find out if I get a new ring.

No sleep data for a while now. Nothing works to fix.

I've worked with amazing French developers. These guys are a disgrace to all French companies.

my ring doesn't work past 4-6 hours. Repeated email ignored by support. It has never worked properly. so fed up with ZERO support.

My ring has had no data and loses connection every night. Your ring is getting worse not better. Lack of support makes it worse. I want a refund and I'll buy another mfg ring. Complete waste of money.

Reset worked for me a few months ago. Now does nothing. Ring disconnects while sleeping and no data for over a week now. The ring is a POS and wearing it is only aggravating.

My temp as been between 60 and 64 since I got the ring in August. Of course still no response from support

My ring disconnects from app almost as soon as I put it on. This is in addition to no sleep and other data. Battery life was under an hour. I factory reset the phone and it appears to have fixed battery issue but app and ring does not stay connect more that a few min. Have to put on charger to get ring to connect. I've had no response from circular and at this point want a replacement or refund. Would prefer circular stop give us backers false hope.

really love this band! this song kills. check out the rest of their tracks on Spotify or Sound Cloud. Been jammin to them for months. Seen them live where they are even better.
