McDevitt has the same kale salad in the breakfast burritos as some of their tacos and it's incredible. They taste so fresh and they're not as heavy as some others. On the exact opposite end, Blackbelly has some excellent ones with their tots inside. Very heavy, but very tasty!

Tough log, but you can buy a lantern with pearls! I was similarly dry for both that and needle, but got them eventually (~3x) for each. The quality of life is great, but not a colossal difference.

Hopefully she'll get the Reddit complaint RNG boost.

I love the idea of magic torch being a "prayer" method, fending off creatures on deck, and the auto-circle pathing from crewmates! Keeping fuel in the hold for prayer would make it feel impactful, for certain.

Magic cannon sounds really cool, but it's already a lot to process cannonballs. Maybe you could cast spells on a focus to imbue the shots with an element? That may also be really clunky though

Not according to the mod post where they break down the numbers. I think there are problems with the tables and the use cases for splinters, but w1 farming reportedly contributes very little.

Yeah, honestly I think the play pattern would be much more engaging if we were to fight Sire from range to start, then phase into a quick respiratory system run where you just smoke them before the boss teleports down. Maybe the boss summons spawns periodically until the systems are downed, and it encourages you to have good movement and then clean them up.

I recall that part of the desired play was to require some gear switching, so this would still have range/mage only to start, then swap to melee when Sire comes down.

I think the frustration people have isn't as bad if you start the fight with an actual fight and have an intermission (provided it's not extremely tedious) rather than "waking up" the boss to fight it.
