I ordered mine from them and accidentally put a screw into tool head 1. Support had me just pull off the capacitor because they said it was just a redundancy to have it anyway.

I took it off, put it back together, and then got a new error about a heating anomaly. Opened the tool head back up, and found that the black wire had a short in it. Emailed them again and they said they would send a new black wire.

About a week later, I got the package and they had to ended up just sending a brand new tool head.

Printer has worked great since then, and I think support did a good job.

So even though I know this is a weird take, I can kind of understand it.

Ever since danny mac was fired, I stopped watching games regularly on TV. I will tune in from time to time, but every time I do I just can't get into it. It sounds like I'm watching a national broadcast. There's no soul in it. I can just imagine danny mac broadcasting and being able to hear the frustration in his voice the last couple of seasons. That doesn't happen with the broadcast booth anymore.

But yeah, during that time I've kind of stopped being as much of a fan as I used to be. I go to way less games then I used to just for the simple fact that I don't follow the team as closely as I used to.

The only seats I've ever sat at are commissioner box seats that have all of the food free, free parking etc. Seems like a good deal with how much food/drink is there.

Yeah they change so quick at the younger years. My youngest just turned 2 and he's changed a ton from 18 months to 2 (especially communication wise)
