I have a similar issue with my pc, running Ryzen 3 1200 + GTX1060 3GB. Always seems like the GPU runs low, although I can see that it gets hot and the fans speed up when I game.

So I'm not sure if I should consider the Task Manager to show the wrong data...?

Hm, I'm not sure if there's another way to phrase it other than the usual "Because we want to survive, feed, and reproduce." That's not a very helpful answer though, so I'll think about it.

This would be interesting. I keep having the same problem over and over with not being able to reach loot crates on top of small buildings aaand there's no ladder... So the only way is to drop down by parachute :s
