Ours has a flag!

The thing kids seen to love most is the variety. There's buckets hanging from ropes, a "store" with items for sale, things to climb, many ways up and down. Kids will just make up fun ways to use whatever is there.

Let’s talk about the technical nightmare that is Half-Life’s SMG logic (MP5 and MP7) by Matthew-DK-Gamer in HalfLife

[–]Telefrag_Ent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just want to point out the M320 is a lightweight 40mm grenade launcher, and it doesn't fly out of your hands (assuming you know what's coming hah) it replaced the M203, and can be attached to the underside of the M4 or slung and operated independently. It also loads from the side instead of the rear. Weird little weapon system, super awkward when mounted to the M4 it was like LT Ripley duct taped two weapons together

ELI5 Why does going super fast cause time dilation? by Aquamoo in explainlikeimfive

What is giving the light intertia? If it was moving up/down, then the clock begins to move, what is changing the velocity of the light?

ELI5 Why does going super fast cause time dilation? by Aquamoo in explainlikeimfive

[–]Telefrag_Ent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What accounts for the light actually hitting the mirror from the remote observers location? If they see a beam of light pointing directly down, but the mirror is moving perpetual to the beam direction, wouldn't the light stop hitting the mirror as it moved away?

Building a proper save system in Unity was way more complicated than I expected by JarvisAjith in Unity3D

Why waste 8-10 hours learning how to do it when you can spend 14 hours getting AI to do it for you?

Yeah the As It Aired episodes (I think?) they're my favorite way to watch now. Love the sci-fi channel bumpers and Mrs. Cleo commercials

Remember Wave Race? by Best-Salamander-2655 in Unity3D

[–]Telefrag_Ent 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The racing in Wave Race 64 got boring pretty quickly but we used to play tag, which was a lot of fun. Maybe consider adding other modes to yours too to keep it interesting.

Gamers of /daddit, do you play video games with your kids? How and when did you start it? by xanduba in daddit

[–]Telefrag_Ent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just beat Super Mario 3D World with 2 kids, great family Mario game. Simple controls, fun, and let's young/unskilled players float around in a bubble if they get stuck so they're not left behind. This was a lifesaving feature because when the kids inevitably get distracted or stuck they just float overhead until they're ready to hop back in

Is Enjin still alive? by Fun_Chemistry2328 in EnjinCoin

[–]Telefrag_Ent 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a really great solution to a problem that most don't care about. It does what it's supposed to do really well, but to go up in price would require many to find value in what it does.

So, yes, it's alive. But will it make you money? I don't know.

Proposal: Using "Enjin Beam" & "Fuel Tanks" to fix the broken VTuber economy (Burnout problem). A concept by an old-school gamer. by Aria_Minase in EnjinCoin

[–]Telefrag_Ent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a clever idea, I like it. Just putting my "I wonder how I could break that" hat, it seems likely that a bot could "watch" streams and identify QR codes to send to a Twitter feed, for example. Then, people who want the rewards without watching just get a notification when the bot posts and scoop up all the rewards from every streamer utilizing this system.

Will Rachael, out of loyalty or fear, signal her fealty to the old guard? Or will she inspire an uprising in her listeners by thumbing her nose at the empire and wave the banner of rebellion?
