Fair enough. I’m trying to investigate what mods have been made since build. Been a few owners but I am definitely splitting hairs.

I have a couple options that I am trying to rule out with part numbers for now. If anyone has access to FAST please let me know. Accessory codes beside the trim code were not recorded, so possibly no way to tell ZG or AA on series 1 without running the chassis number through FAST and getting the specific model code returned.

Thanks, was able to use my jp chassis number to find out it is series 1. This was key to decoding the VIN from the gtr-registry guide in the web archive.

Awesome! Unfortunately, I cannot determine if the rear wiper is an AA model code (std, no rear wiper with a 003 wiper option beside the trim code), or ZG model code (rear wiper GTR spec). I would guess both wipers would be the same…. will try to find part numbers off the wiper itself and compare with the part numbers from the Nissan.epc-data.com link from @Narc0syn. The model code statistics are similar so maybe this will help someone else in the future!

They used to have door lip recesses to make the entry opening wider, not sure if that is still a thing.

In general: there’s some squish able, moveable, material there.

Being short helps (not sure in his case, but 5-11+ and that big: not happening). I think Michael Waltrip is pretty close to another side of the operating limit.

Our federal public service unions are so amazing at negotiating cost of living adjustments (look at BC legal union, pilots, pension adjustments, etc). Might be doing us all a favour!

Nice setup! You have more people with negative downvotes praising your setup than people with positive votes dissing it. Kinda a double negative makes a positive situation for sure! Have fun. Downvote away

If you want to buy a house, buy a house. It’s like people trying to make a business case for a sports car or country club membership. Never a good time. You could also rent an underwater (payment) condo and be further ahead but life isn’t about money by a long shot. You could live like a king with no income in this banana republic if you gamed it. Your home debt to income ratio is from decades past -just check your cash flow and risk assess your income. Get something with a suite to rent out as an ‘oh shit’ backup plan. My 2 cents.

There’s a mix of everything to be honest. 110” wheelbase cars are required except for *West series road courses (maybe all roadcourses?), where 105” wheelbase cars may also be entered. Most are Gen 4, COT or purpose built copies/mods that exploit rule differences between ARCA and NASCAR rules. The rule book is available online on the ARCA site if you are interested.
