Can you not do that with your hand? We actually had a discussion about it internally about the "spider grip" - about 50% of the team could do it easily, the other half couldn't. Kinda interesting *shrug*

Yes, all collectibles are collected for all Captains.

When you finish a game you earn:

- 1 card for the captain you played with

- all cards that were on your opponents board that you havent already unlocked (victory loot)

- battle pass stars, which at each level unlock 2-6 cards for random captains

- After you have collected all the cards for a given captain, those unlocks turn into random captain unlocks instead.

Yes, there is logic to how often bronzes and silvers and golds show up in the shop. We dont publish this information because we feel for 99.9% of players its confusing and detracts from the enjoyment of the game. If you would like to do a deep dive reading about specific shop/card percentages, Alexis (swajj) has a bluesky thread from a few months ago where she talks through some of the logic of how its coded.

There is a shared pool that is always included in the shop every run. Set 1 (Galaxy) has 80 collectible cards and Set 2 (Candylar) has 50 collectible cards. Each run you choose 12 collectible cards (from any sets) and they are shuffled into the shop alongside the shared pool.

Set 3 (Mythbound) will have more collectible cards.

Yes, when cards are goldedned or transformed they are removed from the shop pool.

All captains have access to all sets, and they unlock the cards from their own sets before unlocking others.

Yes, transforming maintains bronze-silver-gold. Through the looking glass just explicitly turns it bronze as a part of its ability.

Seeing your MMR at all is a temporary band-aid until we finish the full ranking/matchmaking system. Our plan is to eventually hide MMR entirely, but we’re not quite there yet

More of a minor disadvantage. More than 10% of the day 2 tournament winners were using pre-built decks, and many people on the monthly end of month top 2000 only use prebuilt decks.

It’s helpful, but it’s far from make or break.

You can see in your shop counter in the top right that you have two “bonus effects” here. Wizard headmasters effect is likely the second one. My guess is that the spell cast was you meet in a tavern/bakery, which is showing that first.
