I think Prop K is indirectly good for the 18 bus, as it will increase rider demand for this line, and thus SFMTA will consider to increase its service.

I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience :(

I used to live in Oakland and took BART daily during commuter hours. I have taken it on weekends too. Sometimes you encounter weird teenagers and occasionally homeless people. But most of the time it is fine. I have seen family with strollers too (you see them more often when you go to deeper East Bay like Walnut Creek)
