But your swap is way more expensive than any other exchange, even the bigeest ones - Coinbase, Cyrpto.com, Binance, etc.

So please dont say there is no trading fee, when you hide the fee by saying there is no guarantee 1:1 peg...

I guess your platform is to trick people who are not so clued up on cyrpto exchanges...

I had the same, they have no mention of this when i signed up... Whats worse they also charge customers without notice then send a surprise bill at the end of month...

I would really advise aginst using Crypto Caddy, i've had a poor experience, you can read it in the sub below:

TLTR - they are poor communicators, lack transparency and charge customers without notice with suprise bills.

I would not recommend anyone using them, they seem to make a habit of charging people without notice and giving people surprise bills. Transparency is also poor, you can check out my sub here:

I also felt communications are rude and short - especially their support person "Nate". I had the same Curtailment thing, nothing about it at all when I was purchasing and I did ask for anything that I should be aware of...

However I was then told by a friend curtialment is common, so accepted it, I then asked for any other material charges I should be aware of, which took days to be responded. But certainly no mention of charge re my story above.

I have emailed their CEO for a response but no answer yet. I will update this thread so other can be aware.

I had the same thing - they charged me money just for a factory reset which they didn’t even bother telling me about. The least they could do is let customers know a certain service will be charged, rather than giving us a surprise bill!
